Hudson happy at Palace

Mark Hudson is enjoying life in The Premiership at Selhurst Park.

Mark Hudson is happy to concentrate on his football this season.

The 22-year old defender had a hard time last year, with a successful loan spell not evolving into a permanent move at Crystal Palace.

He played 14 games for The Eagles last season when on loan from Fulham, but missed out on their play-off final victory.

However, Hudson became a permanent signing at Selhurst Park over the summer, and is happy to be free of transfer worries.

"I'm just chuffed to be playing," said Hudson. "It's all gone through and now I'm settled. I have got no worries about transfers or anything like that. I can just relax and enjoy my football.

"Every week you're up against some international or world-class player. It's brilliant to test myself against the best.

"Every game is a world-class game against a massive team. I think all the boys are excited about every game, every week."
