Jobi McAnuff is happy he stayed at Crystal Palace after handing in a transfer request in the summer.
The 24-year-old asked to leave The Eagles in July, only to be told he was going nowhere by manager Peter Taylor.
Premiership new boys Watford had been keen on the winger, but McAnuff has knuckled down to be an integral member of Taylor's team.
He has featured in all 10 Championship games this season and admits he has no qualms about staying at Selhurst Park.
"Once everything had been sorted out, my mind was focused firmly on doing a job for Crystal Palace," said McAnuff.
"They are the club who pay my wages.
"I had a chat with the chairman, he was good to me and we dealt with the situation.
"I am doing the best I can for Palace and no one who has seen my performances could accuse me of being distracted."
