Clinton Morrison believes Palace may make widespread changes in the summer.
Crystal Palace striker Clinton Morrison has warned that the club is likely to make widespread changes at the end of the season after another year of underachievement.
Palace lost 2-1 to Sheffield Wednesday at Selhurst Park on Saturday having lost their previous game 1-0 at Plymouth a fortnight earlier and, with six games left, their play-off hopes look to be over.
Morrison is keen to remain with the club, but admits he is frustrated at playing in the Championship and believes manager Peter Taylor and chairman Simon Jordan are also likely to be looking for improvements next term.
"None of us know how the manager or chairman will react to this at the end of the season, but I wouldn't be surprised if they wanted to get some people out and bring in new players," he told the South London Press.
"I have a year left on my contract. I want to stay here and do well for Palace, but there might be one or two players who want to go.
"I am disappointed because I don't want to keep playing football in this division. The best place to play football is the Premiership."
