Queens Park Rangers defender Danny Gabbidon is confident Mark Hughes is the right man to help save the club from relegation this season.
Hughes has been drafted in as Neil Warnock's replacement at Loftus Road with the club anxiously looking over their shoulder one point and one place above the drop zone.
Gabbidon worked with Hughes during his time in charge of Wales and he believes the 48-year-old will help transform the club's fortunes.
"Everyone is looking forward to working with the new manager," Gabbidon told skysports.com. "I have worked with him with Wales and he is a good manager and hopefully he will get us up the league as soon as possible.
"The people he has got with him, Mark Bowen and Eddie Niedzwiecki are very good people and they are a good team together.
"Everyone of them is very professional, hardworking and very organised and it is very important in the Premier League to be organised.
"Mark and his team are very professional and they will change the work ethic and make us more organised and it is very important in the Premier League to be organised."
Gabbidon admits he was disappointed to see Warnock go after he brought him to Loftus Road in the summer on a free transfer.
"Obviously you are disappointed when any manager leaves and Neil has done a good job at QPR," added Gabbidon. "He got the club into the Premier League and it is a tough league.
"I am disappointed he has left as he brought me into the club in the summer and he has been a little unlucky with some of the results we have got.
"We now move on and I am sure Neil will move on."
