Andresen has carved out an impressive reputation during his time in charge of Valerenga and is highly respected for his work with the Norwegian club.
He has helped to transform Valerenga's Academy system and has generated a sizeable transfer windfall during his tenure.
The 35-year-old has experience of English football after playing for Wimbledon and Blackburn Rovers, and he was also an established Norway international.
