Premier League: Tony Pulis and Neil Warnock head betting for Crystal Palace post
Tony Pulis and Neil Warnock are Sky Bet's early favourites for the Crystal Palace post following Ian Holloway's exit.

Former Palace boss Warnock (6/1) was marginal favourite initially for a second stint at the club.
But he has been replaced at the head of the betting by former Stoke boss Pulis, who has been cut from 6/1 to 2/1.
Roberto Di Matteo, Chris Coleman and Tony Mowbray are also considered contenders to replace Holloway, who left the club by mutual consent on Wednesday having collected just three points from their opening eight games.
Sky Bet Football Trader Chris Spicer said: "The betting looks very speculative at this stage with no clear favourite and the money spread around various candidates.
"It hardly comes as a surprise, however, as we saw Holloway backed into odds-on to be the next Premier League manager to go following their 4-1 defeat to Fulham, having been out at 12/1 before that loss."
Whoever takes the post faces a tough task in steering the Eagles to safety, with their relegation odds currently 1/10 and their price to finish bottom of the Premier League 4/11, although they were considered odds-on for the drop before the season even started.
