A run of five successive wins has lifted Palace up to 11th in the table and a 1-0 victory at West Ham on Saturday guaranteed top-flight football next season.
Speroni has been an influential figure in Palace's rise from the bottom of the table, but he is out of contract in the summer.
The Argentinian, who has made almost 350 appearances in a decade at Selhurst Park, is uncertain if he will be staying at Palace and will now consider his options.
"I am not sure what is going to happen next season," said Speroni.
"From now on I can start thinking ahead. Before I was concentrating on keeping Palace in the Premier League - that was the main target. I think now we can sit down and think what is going to happen next.
"I'm free to talk to other clubs in Europe. I am confident I will be playing for the next three or four seasons. But where, who knows?"
Palace's surge to survival has been masterminded by Tony Pulis, who replaced Ian Holloway as manager, and Speroni has heaped praise on the former Stoke boss.
He added: "The manager has done an amazing job. Amazing.
"How he manages to organise the team, the professionalism of how we work on the training ground - he has been fantastic all season.
"As a newly-promoted team, it took us a while to adapt to the Premier League. Then it took us a little while to adjust to the new manager as well.
"But you can see in the last five games, we've really been learning how the manager wants us to play and you can see the results."
