The 18-year-old defender has impressed The Pilgrims since joining the York Street club for a second loan earlier this month.
He will now finish the current campaign with Neil Thompson's side and hope to help Boston climb further up the Division Three table.
Hogg is one of two Ipswich players on loan to Boston, with Sam Morrow currently in the middle of a one-month spell at York Street.
