Reuser has claimed he will move on from Portman Road in the summer, citing a lack of playing time as the reason behind his decision, and his comments have alerted the Willem II paymasters.
The Tilburg club are determined to build on their efforts of this term, where they have battled it out in the top half of the table.
Willem II feel that a couple of shrewd acquisitions could see them move onto the coattails of the big three of Ajax, Feyenoord and PSV Eindhoven and a possible place in Europe.
Reuser's attacking instincts mark him out as a quality signing and Willem II are said to be ready to make a move when the Division One season draws to a close.
The Tricolores have also set their sights on a goalkeeper, with Ajax youngster Maarten Stekelenburg their favoured option.
Stekelenburg is seen as a future Holland international, but he plays second fiddle to Romanian ace Bogdan Lobont at Ajax, and Willem II feel a loan deal could be struck with the Eredivisie champions-elect.
