Chelsea midfielder Eden Hazard has topped this week's Sky Sports Power Rankings.

The rejuvenated 2014/15 PFA Player of the Year scored his second goal of the season during the Blues' 3-0 win over Burnley on Saturday, while Diego Costa slipped one place to No 5.

Premier League leaders Manchester City defeated West Ham 3-1 at the Etihad, with Raheem Sterling scoring twice to fire 26 places up the chart to No 2.

Meanwhile, team-mates Nolito (No 6, no move) and Sergio Aguero (No 7, down four places) retained their positions in the top 10.

Last week's Power Rankings winner Zlatan Ibrahimovic dropped three places to No 4 after Hull City's Curtis Davies (No 3, down one place) nullified the Manchester United striker on Saturday.

Despite the Hull captain's efforts, he was unable to prevent his counterpart Wayne Rooney (No 9, up seven places), who has retained his England captaincy, from assisting Marcus Rashford to snatch a late winner.
