Frank Sinclair has penned a contract extension with Burnley.
The former Chelsea and Leicester City defender has picked up more bookings than any other Championship player this season but has been a key figure for Steve Cotterill's Clarets.
After arriving in the summer, the 33-year-old has quickly established himself as an influential performer at Turf Moor.
"Frank has been an integral part of our defence this season and he's been responsible, along with the rest of the defence, for numerous clean sheets this season," said Cotterill.
"We're delighted he's agreed to stay with us."
Sinclair has signed a two-year extension to his present deal and is now tied to Burnley until 2007.
