Burnley are unlikely to sign another goalkeeper to replace the injured Danny Coyne.Burnley are unlikely to sign another goalkeeper after discovering that first choice number one Danny Coyne will be out of action for the rest of the season.
The Wales international has a cruciate ligament injury, meaning that boss Steve Cotterill has just one senior goalkeeper at his disposal, Dane Brian Jensen.
There had been speculation that Notts County keeper Saul Deeney would sign for The Clarets after training with them this week, but Cotterill has suggested otherwise.
"We're probably going to go with what we've got at the moment," Cotterill admitted.
"We went with Brian last year and I don't think we've really got money to use up on somebody we might not use.
"It could have been Brian or Danny that could have been number one this year. We're more than happy with Brian," Cotterill added.
Burnley made a poor start to their Championship campaign, but are unbeaten in their last three league matches and are moving in the right direction.
