Canaries boss Nigel Worthington was keen to give a number of players a run out in the game and used almost all of his squad in the contest.
Rising star David Bentley, on loan from Arsenal, got a run out for Norwich, though it was the Ridegeons League side who took a shock lead.
The newly promoted Premiership side responded in style with goals from Ian Henderson and Darren Huckerby (pictured) before half-time.
Further goals from Paul McVeigh and Leon McKenzie after the interval gave Worthington's men an ideal send off before next week's trip to Malaysia.
Elsewhere, a Leicester select XI overcame Shepsed Dynamo 5-0 thanks largely to young striker James Graham, who bagged a hat-trick inside 22 minutes as a second half substitute.
Dion Dublin made his first appearance as a Fox and was joined in the side by fellow first-teamers Matt Elliott, Lilian Nalis, Keith Gillespie and Danny Coyne.
