Norwich City manager Nigel Worthington has dismissed a report linking him with a summer move for MK Dons youngster Dean Lewington.
A Sunday newspaper claimed that the 21-year-old defender was high on Worthington's wish list, and predicted a free transfer switch to Carrow Road in the summer.
But Worthington moved quickly to insist that the claims were well wide of the mark.
"I don't know where that one came from," he said.
"Lewington is a player that we know about - but then the same can be said of lots of other players too. We are always looking at people, it's an ongoing process.
"Nothing has happened - and there is nothing to suggest that he is on our list."
