Coventry have signed Scotland Under-21 international Jack Grimmer on a two-year deal.
The 23-year-old defender began his career at hometown club Aberdeen, becoming the club's youngest player when he made his debut at the age of 16 in April 2010.
Grimmer joined Fulham in 2012 and had loan spells at Port Vale and Shrewsbury before leaving Craven Cottage this summer.
Coventry manager Mark Robins told the Sky Bet League Two club's official website: "I think it is a coup for us to sign Jack, and I look forward to working with him. He is a really good prospect and at 23 has even more development potential still.
"This is an exciting signing, as Jack has both strong defensive and attacking elements to his game.
"Jack is strong, powerful, quick and has a winning mentality - all of which are important qualities to have."
