Hearts defender Andy Webster knows that there is a fine line between success and failure as he prepares to face local rivals Hibernian in Saturday's Scottish Cup final.
Both Edinburgh-based clubs have struggled this season, with Hibs narrowly avoiding relegation and the Jambos missing out on a place in Europe.
However, the victors of their Hampden Park clash have a chance to end on a high with silverware up for grabs and the Scotland international told
Sky Sports that the 'favourites' tag will not faze them having beaten their rivals three times already this season.
"It is an absolutely huge game and everybody associated with both clubs will be aware of the significance and importance of it all," said Webster.
"It will be a great day and occasion for everybody involved, but hopefully we'll be the ones looking back at it as a successful day too.
"It is difficult to judge how much of an impact this season's matches will have on the cup final, but it is a one-off occasion at a neutral ground, so it is a completely different scenario.

"It will still be a derby, with the fundamentals that come with that, such as the high tempo and the competitive nature of the matches.
"So, I don't think it matters too much about who has had the upper hand in previous meetings because it is all about who performs best on the day.
"Both teams will fancy their chances and it is a great chance for one of us to claim some silverware."
The 30-year-old helped Dundee United lift the trophy two years ago during a successful loan spell at the club and he hopes to use that experience to his advantage this weekend.
"I'm sure that my personal experience will stand me in good stead on the day because any time you have had a good experience previously you can recall it and use it to your advantage," added Webster.
"The more times you get to a cup final the more it becomes a habit and when it is a winning habit then it can help you on the big day."
