Coventry will play their home games at Northampton's Sixfields stadium next season, it has been reported.
The Sky Blues, who remain in administration, have been embroiled in a bitter rent row with the owners of the Ricoh Arena, with chief executive Tim Fisher indicating they would look to play elsewhere, despite being offered a rent-free stay at their 30,000-seater home in the forthcoming campaign. But they look to have agreed a deal with the League Two club to play their home games in the 2013/14 season at the 7500-capacity ground. The proposal, which would see City commuting 34 miles for home games, will be discussed by the Football League on Thursday.
