For the second time in the Premier League, the Ayew brothers are set to face each other when Aston Villa travel to Swansea on Saturday Night Football - live on Sky Sports.
Both players got on the scoresheet the first time these two sides met in October, with Andre Ayew scoring a late winner.
But Jordan and Andre are not the only siblings to meet in a Premier League clash. Here are four other pairs of brothers who have gone head-to-head…
Kolo and Yaya Toure
The Toures played alongside each other at Manchester City for three seasons before Kolo made the move to Liverpool in 2013, where the Ivorian still plays.
However, the pair did not face each other in the Premier League until 2015.
Kolo Toure has been playing in the Premier League since 2002 whilst Yaya joined Manchester City from Barcelona in 2010.
In Liverpool's 2-1 win over Manchester City in March last year, Kolo Toure came on as an 83rd minute substitute so shared the pitch with Yaya for just over seven minutes. Eight months later, they matched up for just one minute.
They also met for the first time in a cup final this season as Manchester City beat Liverpool on penalties in the Capital One Cup final.
Anton and Rio Ferdinand
The Ferdinand brothers began their professional careers at West Ham, but moved on to different clubs. However, that did not stop the two brothers from facing each other eight times.
The majority of their match-ups involved Rio taking on his younger brother Anton in games between West Ham and Manchester United - they met four times between 2005 and 2007.
Gary and Phil Neville
Gary Neville is currently the head coach of Valencia with his brother Phil one of his assistants.
The pair grew up together as successful products of the Manchester United academy, before Phil made the move to Everton in 2005.
Both Nevilles were club captains in two of the five matches they faced each other in and overall, their head-to-head Premier League record stands as two wins each and a draw.
Andy and Michael Dawson
Andy and Michael Dawson were born in Hull, but both went on to play for Nottingham Forest's academy. Andy spent the first two years of his professional career there between 1997 and 1999, while Michael plied his trade at the club for four years before moving to Tottenham in 2005.
Andy had already been at Hull for two years before Michael joined Tottenham, and it was at these two clubs where the brothers would face off in the Premier League.
Michael Dawson came on as a 89th minute substitute in February 2009 when Hull played Tottenham, but when the two teams faced off in January 2010, the Dawson brothers both played the full 90 minutes in their respective defensive roles.
