Queens Park Rangers boss John Gregory admits he is unsure as to just how long he will be able to keep Lee Cook at Loftus Road.
The talented winger has put in some scintillating displays in the Championship this term and his potential has not gone unnoticed elsewhere.
Aston Villa, Tottenham and Manchester City have all been credited with holding an interest, as speculation mounts that a January bid could be lodged for the 24-year-old.
Rangers chairman Gianni Paladini has put a remarkable £10 million price tag on his prize asset, but Gregory is willing to concede that Cook's future at QPR is less than certain.
"Lee was injured [for our 3-0 defeat at Crystal Palace] on Saturday, which was the first time he had been out since I have been here," Gregory said.
"He was a big miss for us.
"Will he still be here after January? We will have to wait and see. Let's hope he goes for £10million!"
