Rs boss looking to send out German and Parker to gain experience

QPR boss Neil Warnock is hoping to send youngsters Antonio German and Josh Parker out on loan to gain first-team experience. 19-year-old Parker has made two appearances for the Rs this campaign before a brief period with Northampton in October. Warnock had wanted to honour players' wishes of moving to local clubs, however he felt that they must now go wherever they can to get valuable experience. "I could have got Josh fixed with a club a bit further away from home before, but he didn't really fancy that, so he went to Northampton," Warnock told the Ealing Gazette. "But I might insist next time because I need him to play games. He can't just pick where he wants to go now. He's got to go where I know they will play him." German, who has scored three goals in 20 appearances for the high-flying Championship side, had a spell with Aldershot in League Two last season, playing four times. "I've got one or two people enquiring about Antonio now and I'll probably loan him out this week if I get the chance," Warnock told the Fulham Chronicle. "I've had a Championship club after him and a couple of League One sides."
