Despite making a series of big name signings over the summer, QPR have begun the season poorly and are bottom of the Premier League table with just two points.
But QPR chairman Tony Fernandes has repeatedly said he is confident that Hughes will lead a revival and Hill says the players also have faith in their boss.
He told the Fulham Chronicle: "Everybody on the inside is pulling in the same direction and trying to get the results we need.
"The gaffer's confident he can turn things around - he wouldn't be here if he wasn't. He's still got the full support of all the boys, we're fully behind him and the staff."
And Hill pointed out that Tottenham manager Andre Villas-Boas now seems secure in his post after some good wins, just a few weeks after he was being criticised.
"If you have three or four bad results, people from outside the club start writing things and pointing fingers," said Hill.
"If you look at the Tottenham manager, three or four weeks ago, everyone was saying he was a bad manager. All of a sudden, he gets a few results, and nothing is said."
