Claude Puel insists Leicester's draw with Stoke on Saturday was a fair result, and that his side did not do enough in the final third.
After Xherdan Shaqiri had put Stoke ahead in the first half, Jack Butland's howler handed the hosts an equaliser at the King Power Stadium.
But Frenchman Puel had no complaints, and praised Shaqiri for his man-of-the-match performance.
Puel told Sky Sports: "I think it was not enough to win the game. I think a draw is perhaps a fair result today.
"It was a fantastic save from their goalkeeper. This team in this moment play well, they have a good spirit, good defence, and Shaqiri can make the difference.
"It was the same today, he played between the lines. It was better in the second half, with more tempo."
Despite having most of the possession and peppering Stoke's penalty area with crosses, Leicester rarely found a way past the Stoke defence, something Puel bemoaned after the match.
"We had many crosses without a lot of team-mates in the box, just Jamie, and it's not enough. We sometimes need the desire to go into the box.
"It was not a good game. Sometimes good situations and good moves, but not enough consistency in the game.
"I think overall it is a normal, fair result. We conceded some chances also, it was not enough today."
