Reports suggested that the Fir Park outfit were prepared to listen to offers for Pearson as they look to reduce their debts.
Leicester City are reported to be keeping tabs on Pearson, but Well boss Terry Butcher insists there have been no offers for the 20-year-old and that none of his young starlets will be allowed to leave on the cheap.
"There is speculation that Leicester have tabled a bid," said Butcher.
"It is not true and, if clubs think that they can get players on the cheap from Motherwell, they are very misguided."
