Lloyd Dyer has joined Leicester City on a free transfer after failing to agree a new contract at Milton Keynes Dons.
The winger has accepted a three-year deal at the Walkers Stadium and follows fellow new signing defender Michael Morrison into the club.
Dyer had joined MK Dons two years ago from West Bromwich Albion and scored 16 goals in 97 appearances.
He was a key figure in MK Dons winning promotion to League One last season and was named in the PFA League Two Team of the Year.
Foxes manager Nigel Pearson is confident the 25-year-old will continue to progress during his time with the club.
Pearson told Leicester's official website: "Lloyd is another player who is going in the right direction.
"He's an exciting, tricky winger and I am looking forward to working with him."
Dyer could make his competitive debut for Leicester against MK Dons when the new season gets underway on Saturday 9th August.
