Foxes midfielder pens one-month loan extension

Leicester midfielder Nicky Adams has agreed a one-month extension to his current loan spell at Rochdale. The 22-year-old has impressed in his six appearances so far for the League Two side, scoring on his debut against Dagenham and Redbridge. Adams will now be available for selection for the derby game against his former club Bury on 7th March. With a tough game against table-toppers Brentford on the horizon, Adams admitted his delight in putting pen-to-paper at a crucial stage for Dale.

Happy

"I'm more than happy to have signed for another month because it has been brilliant at Spotland from day one," he told the club's official website. "The dressing room is a great place full of top lads and things are going very well at the moment. "No players like to warm the bench week in week out so I didn't think twice about coming here when I first got the call from Keith Hill and Dave Flitcroft and I didn't think twice about extending my stay."
