Two of Barnsley's U23 players have gone on loan to Chesterfield for the remainder of the season.
Jacob Brown and Dylan Mottley-Henry are heading to the Proact Stadium to gain first-team experience.
Brown, 19, has been a regular goalscorer for Barnsley's U23 side and has captained the team.
He made his debut for Paul Heckingbottom's first team in their 2-0 win away at Brentford.
Both players have signed contract extensions with Barnsley until 2020.
Mottley-Henry also made his debut for Barnsley's first team, away at Aston Villa. He also had a loan spell at Tranmere Rovers earlier this season - making 14 appearances and scoring one goal.
