Barnsley duo David Lucas and Kyle Letheren have both signed new deals.
Barnsley goalkeeping duo David Lucas and Kyle Letheren have both been handed new deals to remain at Oakwell.
Former Sheffield Wednesday man Lucas arrived at the Championship side in January on a short-term deal, which he has now agreed to extend by a further month.
The 29-year-old made his Tykes debut as a substitute in the 3-0 win over fellow strugglers Hull and will now hope to impress enough to earn fresh terms once his new deal expires.
Letheren, a regular in the club's reserve side, joined Barnsley in July last year after being released by Swansea and has now signed a deal that binds him to the club until 2008.
Both goalkeepers currently play second fiddle to regular NO 1 Nick Colgan.
