The Tigers are keen to boost their squad for next season in League One, but the former Latvia boss has stated that Williams (pictured) is staying with the Somerset-based club.
"Contact has been made by Hull City, but Yeovil Town have turned down Hull's offer for Gavin Williams," Johnson told the club's official website.
"Gavin remains under contract to Yeovil Town until June 2005."
Johnson added that he is unsure if the Portuguese duo of Hugo and Dani Rodrigues will sign new deals with The Glovers.
The pair were offered terms but Johnson has yet to hear from either of the players about the offers.
"Hugo and Dani were made offers, which I wasn't willing to improve because at the time, it was what they were worth," Johnson added.
"I would like to keep them at the club, but my deadline has come and gone and obviously they are listening to their advisor.
"I can't wait forever, so I have made other plans. So unless I hear from the players, and not their agent, that they want to be with us, then those two players will not be a part of my squad.
"I was disappointed in both of them, we took Dani from the wilderness and got him fit and in the team.
"Hugo learnt his trade in our first team, both of them did well for us. They have forgotten how they have got to where they are.
"I think they have probably been given the wrong advice."
