The two teams are set to lock horns in the third round, and Malaga feel it is a wonderful opportunity for them.
Defender Fernando Sanz said: "To play in England will be a dream come true.
"They are favourites, but in football statistics are there to be broken."
Malaga president Serafin Roldan could hardly contain his delight, saying: "Economically, this is fantastic. I am hopeful that we will be able to fill the Rosaleda.
"Anyway, in sport Malaga is ready to face anyone."
Coach Joaquin Peiro commented: "They are a great team, but at this stage any game will be tough.
"We will prepare well and I can say that we will not lack motivation."
Striker Julio Dely Valdes (pictured) does not seem worried by facing Leeds, saying: "Malaga have the capacity to do something good against a team like Leeds."
