Luton Town striker Warren Feeney is confident that he could return before the end of the month, with his rehabilitation from injury going very much to plan.
Feeney has cut a frustrated figure in Luton's last four matches having been reduced to the sidelines with a knee injury, but he has now set a date for his scheduled return.
Confident that his side's game with Sheffield Wednesday on 20th February is a realistic goal, Feeney is looking ahead with optimism.
"I had hoped to be fit for the game at Stoke on Saturday, but I think the Sheffield Wednesday game is more realistic," said Feeney.
"I do not want to come back too soon, though, and I want to give myself the best chance of getting back to full fitness.
"It is frustrating, because I had wanted to get a run in the side and, when I did, I started scoring goals.
"My confidence was sky high, but then the injury came along."
