On-loan Barnsley midfielder Joe Rothwell has returned to Manchester United due to illness.
The 20-year-old has been recalled by his parent club after coming down with tonsillitis.
Rothwell joined the Tykes in July on a six-month loan deal along with Old Trafford team-mate Ben Pearson.
He made seven appearances for the Sky Bet League One side, the most recent coming in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy win over Scunthorpe at the start of September.
