Oldham have signed goalkeeper Chris Kettings on a one-year deal following his recent release by Crystal Palace.

Kettings, 23, is the fourth player to join the Sky Bet League One club since Steve Robinson was appointed manager on Saturday.

"Manager Steve Robinson has added former Crystal Palace goalkeeper Chris Kettings to his squad on a one-year contract," the Latics confirmed on their official website.

Kettings, who progressed through Blackpool's youth system and made three appearances for Scotland Under-21s, joined Palace in the summer of 2014 but failed to make the first-team breakthrough. He has also had loan spells at Morecambe, York, Hyde and Stevenage.
