David Tuttle is clearly having some impact at Millwall as the new Lions boss saw his team overturn a 1-0 deficit against Derby County to earn three valuable points.
The Rams had been looking set for victory when Seth Johnson headed the opener but the South Londoners are showing great spirit at the moment and rallied to win 2-1 courtesy of goals from Marvin Williams and Marvin Elliott.
Millwall followed up Saturday's win against Brighton with another sterling showing but they almost fell behind when Lee Holmes hit a post with a powerful effort.
Colin Doyle had to keep out another attempt by Holmes and Adam Bolder headed off target but The Lions also created openings with Lee Camp denying Alan Dunne and Elliott managing a couple of shots on goal.
Doyle did well to frustrate Inigo Idiakez and Tommy Smith but he could do little when Johnson headed in a Holmes centre for his third goal in two games.
Millwall raised their game in a bid to find an equaliser and they were rewarded when Barry Cogan's free kick found Elliott and he buried a header past Camp.
With 12 minutes left, substitute Williams expertly brought down a David Livermore pass, deceived Camp and calmly converted the opportunity to cheer the home crowd.
