Glovers stopper breaks arm against Oldham

Yeovil Town defender Nathan Jones is out for two months after breaking his arm against Oldham Athletic. Jones suffered the injury during the first half of Yeovil's 3-0 defeat at Boundary Park on Saturday after being caught by an Oldham player when he challenged for a header. He has undergone scans on the break, which have shown that Jones will have to avoid contact training for the next eight weeks. However, he will be able to maintain his general fitness during his enforced lay-off and should be back for the final games of the League One season. Meanwhile, X-rays have shown that team-mate Scott Guyett only bruised his ribs during the weekend's loss to the Latics. Guyett is a major doubt for this Saturday's fixture with Southend United, but should be fit to face Gillingham on 1st March.
