Hereford decide against extending striker's stay

Nick Chadwick has been released by Hereford after the League One club decided not to extend his contract. The striker's current deal came to an end this month but, after scoring just one goal in 12 appearances, the Bulls have decided to let him go. Chadwick, who was released by Plymouth last summer, arrived at Edgar Street in September and duly scored a penalty on his debut in a 2-1 home defeat against Scunthorpe. However, that was the highlight of his three-and-a-half month stay, which also saw him sent off in the league clash at Millwall.
