Cumbrians set for double boost

Matthew Robson and Lubo Michalik look set to return for Carlisle when they face Hartlepool on Saturday.

The Cumbrians have suffered a blip in form, losing three matches on the spin, the last of which was a 3-2 defeat at Accrington in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy. Robson missed that game with a groin injury but manager Greg Abbott is expecting him to be fit again for the weekend. "Matty has got an inflamed groin but we think he is going to be OK to train," he told the Times & Star. "I expect him to be available for the weekend." Michalik has been away on international duty for those three losses but returns having been an unused substitute in Slovakia's two Euro 2012 qualifying matches.
