Jordan Rhodes could miss two matches for Huddersfield next month if selected for the next Scotland Under-21s squad.
Billy Stark's young Scotland travel to Luxembourg on October 6 and then play Austria at St Mirren Park four days later in European Championship qualifiers. Rhodes, who qualifies for Scotland through the schooling rule as his father Andy played north of the border for seven years, is hoping to add to his three under-21s caps. If he is selected in Stark's squad he will miss Huddersfield's Johnstone's Paint Trophy clash with Bradford on October 4 and the home League One fixture with Stevenage on October 8.
