Notts County boss Martin Allen has denied reports that Ricky Ravenhill is set to leave the club.
Midfielder Ravenhill has fallen out of favour at Meadow Lane, leading to speculation about his future. However, Allen insists the rumours are unfounded. He told the club's official website: "Information has been passed to me that Ricky Ravenhill is all set to leave the club. Well he is not. I have had several chats with Ricky and, of course, as a good professional he is not happy that he is not playing. But he is man enough not to sulk, train hard and wish the player that is playing in his position the best of luck week in, week out. "On top of that, he has been sitting in the stands with a pen and paper taking notes for me on our performances and what we can do to improve. "He is a diamond bloke. He is not on the transfer list but if clubs come in for him I will have to be sympathetic to letting him go, and that is it."
