Midfielder Steven Gregory has insisted that Bournemouth are finally developing a sense of unity after some dismal performances this season.

Last summer saw mass changes at Dean Court, with the majority of the Cherries side that reached the League One play-offs last term moving on to pastures new. After a difficult start to the campaign, the Dorset club now sit 15th in the standings after a run of just one defeat in their last eight league matches. And Gregory, a July capture from AFC Wimbledon, said manager Lee Bradbury has played a major role in ensuring his team have gelled. "Players are still coming and going but now eveyone has had the chance to work with each other," the midfielder said. "You just have to get your head down and get on with your job, these things happen in football. "Training keeps everyone involved and the manager is good at making everyone feel part of the club and that brings the players closer together."
