Wes wants Robins to sharpen up

Image: Foderingham: Calls for cutting edge

Goalkeeper Wes Foderingham has called on his Swindon team-mates to improve their performances in front of goal.

Their defeat against Notts County at the weekend was the Robins' second successive 1-0 loss, leaving them eighth in the League One table. Paolo Di Canio's side have failed to win any of the 11 games in which they have fallen behind this campaign, and Foderingham admits his teammates need take more of their chances. He told the Swindon Advertiser: "I can't criticise them too much but we do need the boys to chip in with a few more. "When they get in the position to score they have to put it in the back of the net. "We're all down a bit. We need to find a way to turn these chances into goals."
