On the back of relegation into League One, the Molineux-based outfit have been keen to move their top earners out.
O'Hara is the last of those made available to remain on their books and continues to find himself stuck in Wolves' U21 camp.
His regular outings at that level have been viewed by scouts from across the country, but no-one is prepared to take a punt on a player who remains under contract until 2016.
Jackett told the Express and Star: "We've had no enquiries about him whatsoever.
"Every time he's played for our U21s he's been very impressive and put in some good performances.
"Even if you went there to watch someone else, you'd see a good performance from him. So it's surprised me there's been no interest in him."
With Wolves keen to get the ball rolling, it has been suggested that they would be prepared to sanction a cut-price loan deal in which the interested club would pick up only a small percentage of O'Hara's wages.
Jackett added on those reports: "People have to do what is best for the club and their business.
"But I'd think it very much depends on who it is and where and what the timings are. And also probably what the prospects are."
