Oldham boss Lee Johnson has revealed that striker Adam Rooney will undergo scans to determine the extent of his foot injury.
The 25-year-old sustained a knock on the top of his foot in training on Monday and the Latics are concerned he may have chipped a bone. Rooney played no part in Tuesday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy win over Notts County, along with midfielder James Wesolowski (hamstring strain).
