Bradford hat-trick hero Nahki Wells credited his team-mates for Sunday's hard-earned point in a six-goal thriller against Coventry.

Wells made it 12 goals for the season, his third goal a stoppage-time penalty, in front of a crowd of over 14,000 at Valley Parade to keep the Bantams in touch with the early Sky Bet League One pace-setters. "I'm not the one who deserved all the plaudits though," said the Bermuda international after the game. "Big James Hanson did well, the entire team did well really to get us back in the match. "I'm just thankful that I could play my part in getting us a point. We're just off the play-offs with this point and it keeps us right in there." Wells, who recently returned from an ankle injury that sidelined him for four matches, added: "It was a great game and an unbelievable atmosphere. "Both teams created chances and played their part, I'm just glad we grabbed a point. I think a draw was a fair result in the end. "I just wanted to come out and give it my best. Thankfully, my hard work has paid off and I've got a hat-trick."
