Carlisle have made Stoke youngster Lucas Dawson their second loan signing of the day.
The 20-year-old, who came through the ranks at the Potters, has been training at Brunton Park this week and will stay until the end of the season. "I'm really looking forward to the challenge," Dawson told the club's official website. "I've trained with the lads this week and I've fitted in really well. "It's a good chance for me to show people what I can do and hopefully I'll be able to get involved and help the team." Dawson follows Sheffield Wednesday's Gary Madine through the arrivals door after the striker also joined on loan until the end of the campaign.
