Bolton Wanderers goalkeeper Ben Alnwick has won the PFA Fans' Sky Bet League One Player of the Month award for November.

The poll was held on the Sky Sports website and apps, with Alnwick finishing in front.

The 29-year-old beat Gillingham forward Jay Emmanuel-Thomas, Charlton defender Patrick Bauer, Chesterfield's Jay O'Shea, Scunthorpe's Scott Wiseman and Southend's Will Atkinson to the award.

The six candidates were chosen by our expert panel, which included Sky Sports pundits Peter Beagrie and Paul Merson, Mike Riley, general manager of the Professional Game Match Officials Board, and Malcolm Clarke, chairman of the Football Supporters' Federation.

And it is Alnwick, who kept three clean sheets in November, who has come out on top thanks to your votes, which have been verified by an independent party.
