Scunthorpe United have extended the loan of Yeovil Town defender Michael Rose.Scunthorpe United have extended the loan of Yeovil Town defender Michael Rose for the rest of the season.
The 23-year-old joined The Iron on an initial four-week deal at the start of January and has impressed Glanford Park boss Brian Laws during his five appearances for the North Lincolnshire outfit.
The former Hereford United player will see out the current campaign with Scunthorpe, as the club aim to pull away from the League One relegation zone.
Meanwhile, The Iron have been charged by the Football Association with failing to control their players following an on-pitch melee against Doncaster Rovers last month.
Both sets of players were involved in a bust-up in the dying stages of the match, as Scunthorpe's players reacted with anger to James Coppinger's reckless challenge on Ian Baraclough.
Both Coppinger and Scunthorpe striker Steve Torpey were sent off as a result of the melee.
