Rangers striker Kenny Miller believes team-mate Charlie Adam is fully focused on the Gers despite being linked with a move away from Ibrox.
Adam has made just eight appearances in the league this season causing many to speculate that his future may lie away from the club.
Despite being linked with a move across the border the 23-year-old has stated that he is happy to fight for his place.
With Celtic set to visit Ibrox shortly after Christmas in a crucial game in the race for the title, Miller has backed his team-mate to continue to perform for the club when called upon.
"Charlie has been here a long time and his performances in big games especially over the last few years have been vital for this team and this club," the striker claimed.
"Obviously if Charlie feels it's right for him to move on and the club feel like it's right for him to move on then I'm sure that will happen.
"At the end of the day it's nothing to do with me it'll all be sorted between Charlie and the club.
"I know one thing and that is Charlie is focused on doing the right thing for this club which is to keep winning games and hopefully get the title back."
Rangers saw the gap between themselves and league leaders Celtic close to four points after the Bhoys lost 2-0 away at Hibernian on Sunday.
This Saturday sees Celtic host Hearts while Rangers travel to Dundee United.
