Ince had an opportunity to join Cardiff City earlier in the summer but turned down the move as he did not feel it was the right moment in his career.
The winger, who is managed at Bloomfield Road by father and former player Paul, will consider any further bids that come in from the Premier League but is staying focused for the moment on Blackpool.
"The Premier League will come so it is about going at the right time," he said in the Daily Star.
"I wish Cardiff all the best, I went down there and listened to them but for me as a player and a person it was not the right move at the moment.
"In my dad I've got a great adviser behind me and if another bid comes in we'll look at it then.
"I've just to got to keep working week in and week out.
"I had a long summer being away with England but to come back and see the players and fans here, and then score a goal for the club, makes me very happy.
"I'm over the moon to still be here."
Ince netted the third goal as Blackpool kicked off their Championship campaign with a 3-1 victory at Doncaster Rovers, and team-mate Steven Davies believes it is a major boost to have a player of such quality at the club.
Davies said: "It is great that Tom's still a Blackpool player. I've come to the club to score goals and when you've got players like him who are providing chances for you it is great.
"I don't think there is anyone better in the division for creating chances.
"Tom has made his decision to stay for whatever reason and we're all just glad that he's still here."
