The former West Ham stopper has excelled this season despite his side's relegation, and has been linked with a move to several Sky Bet Championship clubs in the summer.
Stech will be a free agent, and supported Czech Republic coach Pavel Vrba's claims that he will struggle to win further international call-ups if he were to ply his trade in League One.
"I agree with him. I cannot play for the national team being in third division," Stech told Fotbal.idnes.cz
"My Yeovil contract expires, though, so I will be a free agent. I have already talked to people from Sport Invest (players agency), who represent me and we have discussed the option to continue in the second division.
"I would like to spend at least one more year in the Championship where I can continue gaining experience. Then, of course, I would like to move upward.
"The Premier League is my dream."
