Lee Trundle brings us his latest exclusive column.
It has not been the greatest of times for me this month given we have struggled a bit and our form has fallen away slightly.
We are though still well in touch in the league and we have two huge games coming up at home which could set us up ideally for the start of the New Year.
Obviously one win we did achieve last month was the success over Darlington in the FA Cup, which was a difficult looking trip on paper and we were more than happy to come through that.
You are always looking for a big draw in the FA Cup third round and I don't think anyone at the club was disappointed to be drawn at Sheffield United.
They are now a Premiership club and are proving no pushovers so it will be a great opportunity for us all to go there and hopefully put on a bit of a show.
I have only ever played at Bramall Lane once in my career and that was with Wrexham reserves so I am expecting a bit of a better atmosphere this time around!
This time of year is obviously a busy time for everyone and we in football are no different but it is also when we get to do some special things.
Next week for instance we will be going to a local hospital to visit some of the children there. Some of them will not be at home for Christmas which is very sad for them and so we go to try and cheer them up and hopefully give them a special day. I love doing that sort of thing, because it is such an easy thing for us to do but it can make a huge difference to some people.
Well this is my last column of this year so I would like to wish everyone all the best for Christmas and New Year.
You're regarded as one of the best players outside of the Premiership, would you feel disappointed with that if you never get a chance in the Premiership?
Well Phil obviously I still have the ambition to play at the top level and I am still confident I will achieve that. Obviously I would be very disappointed.
Lee, you do tricks with the ball I can only dream of. My question is, do you practise during training or in your own time if so for how long?
Yes I do practise my tricks and I often stay behind in training. I like to make sure I am on top of my game and like with anything if you don't put the practice in you will never get better.
